SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our honey is shipped to you in glass screw top jars.
To protect these during shipping we wrap the jars in 100% biodegradable packaging made of either cardboard, corn starch, wool or even hemp.
All other products are also contained in 100% biodegradable packaging.
As we live and operate at a rural address we cannot promise same day delivery, however we will endeavour to deliver your order to the courier as soon as is practically possible. Allow 3 to 5 days for delivery.

The Bee Happy Honey Company Ltd. will accept returns in the following situations:
Damaged or Defective Product
Damaged or defective product must be reported to us at The Bee Happy Honey Co Ltd within seven days of receipt of the items.
If the damage/defect is deemed to have been caused by or our carrier, we will either replace the damaged/defective item or provide a full refund of the purchase price.
The Bee Happy Honey Company Ltd will refund any reasonable cost incurred for the return of the damaged/defective items.
Incorrect Goods Received
The receipt of incorrect products or short orders must be reported to the Bee Happy Honey Company Ltd. within seven working days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received
Return of Erroneous or Excessive Orders
Authorisation from the Bee Happy Honey Company Ltd is required before returning any goods ordered in excess to your requirements or that were ordered in error.
The Bee Happy Honey Company Ltd. is under no obligation to grant any such authorisation.
Refunds will be paid within ten working days of our receipt of returned goods.
